Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Videographer/Editor that has a passion for fishing to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience creating captivating visual content through video production and editing. Most filming will be done in the Long Island Sound (Groton, CT area) but there will also be some travel to other parts of New England depending on where we are filming. When we are not filming, it will be a work-from-home position to complete other responsibilities of the job.

Must provide a link to a portfolio or demo reel to show off your skills to be considered.

Responsibilities:

- Film and edit videos for various projects, including promotional content, social media, and website

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual concepts

- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (or Final Cut Pro), Adobe After Effects, and other editing software

- Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video content

- Manage post-production tasks such as color correction, audio editing, and finalizing videos for distribution

- Capture high-quality photographs to complement video projects

- Our ideal candidate maintains their own video and audio recording equipment

Requirements:

- Proficiency in video editing software and tools

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (or Final Cut Pro) and Adobe After Effects

- Experience in video production from filming to editing

- Ability to create visually appealing motion graphics

- Knowledge of photography techniques for video projects

- Must be comfortable filming on a boat in various weather conditions

- Must have a "Sizzle Reel" or a Portfolio to be considered
